How it works

  1. AcroForm fields (blue highlights) — click and type directly.
  2. Text tool — click anywhere on the page to type a free text box. Drag to reposition.
  3. Check / Cross / Dot — click to stamp on any checkbox or field.
  4. Sign — create your signature once, then click to place it. Drag to reposition.
  5. Save & Download — bakes all changes into the PDF and downloads it.

How to Fill & Sign a PDF

  1. Upload your PDF — drag and drop or click to select. Works on any PDF, with or without form fields.
  2. Fill the fields — blue-highlighted fields are interactive; click and type. For scanned PDFs, use the Text tool to type anywhere.
  3. Add checkmarks — switch to ✓ Check, ✗ Cross, or ● Dot and click on any checkbox.
  4. Sign — draw or type your signature, then click anywhere on the page to place it. Drag to reposition.
  5. Download — click "Save & Download". All changes are baked into the PDF — fields are flattened and can't be moved.
